PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT
Production timelines:
Ready-to-Ship: 3–5 business days
Limited Drops: 2–6 weeks
Custom Orders: 4–8 weeks
Timelines begin after payment is received.
Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or external factors do not qualify for refunds.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
Tracking is provided when available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Defect claims must:
