All of our pieces are one-of-one, designed with care, and sold as-is. Because of their unique nature, availability is limited, and once sold, items will not be restocked.

Orders & Payments
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for secure payments. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Delivery
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We work with trusted shipping carriers, but we are not responsible for delays once items leave our studio. Tracking information will be provided where possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-one nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation.

Events & Tickets
Event tickets, VIP experiences, and workshop bookings are non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we will notify you directly and outline your options.
