All orders within the United States are shipped from Nevada using trusted carriers. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. theknittingallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will support you in resolving any issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are proud to offer international shipping so clients around the world can experience one-of-one knitwear. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and 7–21 business days for delivery, depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid directly to your local customs office upon delivery.

RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because each piece at theknittingallery is one-of-one and crafted by hand, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. Exceptions are made only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case we’ll work with you to find a prompt resolution.
RETURN COST
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
Eligible return requests for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 30 days of delivery and include the original packaging.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
